How this PTO calculator works

The calculator starts from the days you can actually take. It looks at the year you pick (from today, if it’s this year), finds stretches where your PTO days bridge weekends and public holidays like Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and Labor Day, and ranks the windows that give you the most days away per day of leave.

When you save those dates inside Days IRL, they connect to everything else: the places on your wishlist, your budget, the people coming with you, and the next steps to actually go.
